Booo I feel like a piece of shit. I ate the most unhealthy thing I could think of for dinner. Why? Why did I do this? I had a nice workout then I ate an abundence of cheese. This makes no sense to me. It's like my body wants me to be as fat as possible. Well guess what body, I'm going back to work out, and you know what. I'm going to eat fibre after. That's it. See how you like that you asshole.
ps I'm in class and have no clue what the hell this man is saying. It isn't his fault, he's a nice guy and I feel bad. But wow.
